- Check out is 10 AM. If you have already requested and paid for an 11:30 AM late check-out, please depart at this time. If you have not requested a late checkout and require one, there is a fee. Please contact us to request an upgrade.
- We are unable to accommodate late check-out requests made after 6:00 PM on the day prior to departure, as our housekeeping schedule will have already been finalized for the next day.
- If your travel itinerary changes and you require an extended check out time, we shall do our utmost best to accommodate you. This request is based on availability and our cleaning schedule and cannot always be guaranteed. Please request your preferred late departure time as soon as possible so we may consider your request.
- Please note that you may be required to book an additional night depending on your time of departure.
- Charging a late check out fee does NOT award you the possession of the property for an additional day. This is a penalty fee for impacting a future reservation and requiring our housekeeping staff to wait on standby outside until you vacate the property.
