- We are unable to initiate a refund after a confirmed reservation is received.
- All cancellations of an existing reservation is non-refundable.
- Shortening a reservation at the last minute or during a stay and requesting a partial refund is not allowed. It creates calendar gaps that are usually impossible to rebook, reducing property performance, limiting occupancy, and disrupting our housekeeping schedule.
- We are unable to offer a credit for any unused days resulting in early departure from the property.
- Extensions are permitted subject to availability. If the property is available, you can extend by booking a new reservation through our Web site. Our properties are in high demand so we recommend you do not wait until the night before checkout to extend your stay.
