We incorporate technology to make your stay comfortable and safe.
Here is an overview of what you can expect when you arrive.
WIFI LOCK:
All our properties are self-entry access with WIFI locks on the front doors.
- To open the door, touch and hold the front door keypad until illuminated and enter the 4-digit code above. Please wait for the sound of the lock to stop rotating before opening.
- If the keypad door lock is flashing red and not opening it, you have attempted multiple keypad entries causing an invalid access code. Wait 30 seconds for the lock to reset, then touch the keypad and slowly enter the four digit access code. If you require additional assistance, please text us through the app.
- When departing the property, do make sure the door is completely shut so the mechanism will properly lock. To lock using the digital keypad, simply press until it lights up then select the lock icon. You will hear the lock rotate into the lock position. This will avoid the lock from jamming.
THERMOSTAT:
The WIFI thermostat has been remotely set for your comfort. You may adjust as needed from 68° to 76°.
GUEST SAFETY:
The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink along with backup flashlights should power be interrupted.
There are smoke detectors inside the property on the ceilings.
CAMERAS:
We have two security cameras. One at the front entrance facing away from the door onto the street and one in the back facing the back of the house and/or deck. Both are Ring doorbells. They both record video and audio when motion is detected. The cameras are to ensure guest comfort and safety.
